At Compassion Compass, I provide just that; a compassion-centered, YOU-focused approach to your concerns. Together we can address mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety, explore and heal trauma, and address relationship concerns that prevent you from living your best and most rich life. I work with teens, adults, and individuals, using an eclectic therapeutic approach to help you address your concerns.

We are committed to being sure that you receive the correct care for your quest for healing, and if that is not with one of our clinicians, we will do our best to direct you to that person.
