Compassion Compass is about safety, creating a safe environment, filled with compassion, which allows the person to let it all go. I am interested in you exploring, identifying, and sharing without fear, shame, or judgment.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I graduated from California State University San Bernardino in 2011 with a degree in Sociology and then attended the University of Southern California in 2016, where I received a Master's Degree in Social Work.
I believe each person who walks into my office is a unique and whole person who deserves to be met where they are and determine where they want to be. As a therapist I am for you, and will offer encouragement, ask questions that get you to think and gently challenge barriers and beliefs that hold you back and stop you from living your best life. I work with people struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety and I collaborate with them as they work to meet and manage the impact those symptoms have on their lives, relationships, and work. In my work with people, I not only guide them as they deal with current issues. I also help them to consider and link how past experiences such as attachment, trauma, grief and loss may be impacting their lives. Contact me if you are looking for a space to talk through and work on the things that are hurting you and holding you back. Contact me if you do not want to be held back anymore.
